In October 2002, our Bureau acquired several USA Style Cable Junction Enclosures from Beijing Kylin Power Group. The main thrust of the requirements and the project were:

　　I. Safe and reliable enclosure insulation: Completely sealed and airtight compartment, ensuring the safety of human beings even when within close proximity.
　　II. High resistance for damp, corrosion and pollution in severe weather conditions and atmosphere.
　　III. Spacious design to accommodate cable accessories in the cabinets, allowing crews to work inside the cabinet with sufficient flexibility. In some instances, the crews have to work inside the cabinet while the electrical system is energized.
　　IV. Compact, relative small, simple to install and convenient to operate and easy to access the components.
　　V. Allow for the installations of voltage and current indicators and fault indicators. Easy to view and access the indicators.
　　VI. All components and the integral apparatus are in compliance to or exceed ANSI/IEEE-386 standards.

　　We awarded this project to Beijing Kylin Power and have eye witnessed their team's commitment to services and dedication to project. The equipment was delivered on time and the work proceeded on schedule and within budget. Engineers from Kylin were hands-on individuals who showed up early and worked with the technicians diligently. The technicians were well trained and highly disciplined. Towards the final phase of the project, Kylin Power provided training classes on field operation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair to our personnel. The teaching materials were comprehensive and the instructors knowledgeable. This is an extremely successful project. We are very pleased to have Kylin Power to work for us. We recommend Kylin Power for all power-related project without reservation.
