In early 2002, Beijing Kylin Power Group provided our Bureau 27 sets of cable junction enclosures equipped with switches. The equipment has been in operation safely and reliably. We are extremely pleased with Kylin Power's services.

　　The major characteristics of these system components and the system itself are:
　　I. The switches utilize SF6 gas as the insulating medium in stainless steel tank. They are small in size, compact, lightweight and free from maintenance.
　　II. The grounding switch has viewing windows, showing the break points.
　　III. The loadbreak switch and the grounding switch are operated independently; each has its own reliable mechanical interlocking devices.
　　IV. Airtight insulation and sealed construction to ensure system integrity and safety even in adverse circumstances.
　　V. The switches have both manual and motor operation mechanism. They can be integrated into a distribution automation system after installing RTU/FTU.
　　VI. All components and the integral apparatus are in compliance to or exceed ANSI/IEEE-386 standards.

　　We awarded this project to Beijing Kylin Power and have eye witnessed their team's commitment to services and dedication to project. The equipment was delivered on time and the work proceeded on schedule and within budget. Engineers from Kylin were hands-on individuals who showed up early and worked with the technicians diligently. The technicians were well trained and highly disciplined. Towards the final phase of the project, Kylin Power provided training classes on field operation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair to our personnel. The teaching materials were comprehensive and the instructors knowledgeable. This is an extremely successful project. We are very pleased to have Kylin Power to work for us.
